      Minicut International Inc. manufactures both standard off-the-shelf catalogue items as well as custom made products and as such, the manufacturing process is set-up to accommodate both types of fabrication. 

      Process and routing flow for each order is determined by the Engineering & Methods department. All routing sheets contain bar codes for tracking the orders and all related information is reported through information tracking software. 

      Minicut International Inc. operates its plant in work cell layouts, which enables operators to run more than one machine at a time. All work within each cell is completed before it leaves the cell, which reduces non-value added operations and movement.
